This position is in software development for Dolby’s cutting edge HDR display technology. The successful candidate will be working with research and engineering teams to architect, develop, and maintain a suite of software calibration tools for Dolby’s professional monitors.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on optical measurement and display calibration
- Generate calibration data required by the algorithm
- Understand and be able to model, improve, and optimize algorithms
- Develop calibration software for final product
- Write deign document and user manual for calibration tools
Qualifications:
- BS/MS E.E. or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in image processing, optical calibration, or color science
- Hands-on experience with optical measurement tools and methodologies
- Strong Matlab and C programming skill
- Excellent verbal and written communications skill
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skill
- Industrial/productization experience with imaging products
